What made you choose to participate in the mentorship program over anything else you could have done? 

Currently, I am at a stage in my life and career where  I can share, mentor and coach younger professionals and give back to community. Women in business and technology is very special to me and participating in this program has been very rewarding. 

What is one key takeaway that you have learned from the mentorship program? 

In the past I was a mentor locally in Toronto, but this opportunity for global mentorship in Asia was a totally different experience. I learned a lot about local business, challenges, and applied universal business rules and processes to help my mentee who was scaling her small business while expecting her third baby.   

If you were to recommend this mentorship program to someone, what advice would you give as a mentor or as a mentee? 

Every relationship is a two-way street and we can all learn from this program.
